Health Advocates Network is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work at a Facility in Yuba City, CA. This is a registry position with our company. Pay Rate: $67 / hour *W2 Shift Details: Class: BCBA - IDD - CA Shift: 06:00:00 - 13:59:00 Requirements: Master's degree with a Licensed BCBA Professional in the working state. Two (2) years'experience providing behavior support for individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses. Competency in writing support plans and effective verbal communication skills. Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required. Description: BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to staff on an ongoing basis. They conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues and observe participants in various settings to develop the behavior support plan.
