Job Description
Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full Time At Potential Inc., we believe deeply in the potential within every individual with Autism. As we continue expanding access to high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts-known internally as Program Coordinators-play a vital role in ensuring effective treatment, guiding clinicians, and supporting families across clinic, home, school, and community settings throughout Lower Bucks County. This full-time, salaried role offers consistent daytime hours, with flexibility for two evening shifts per week, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents ages 2-18. What You'll Do Develop and oversee individualized treatment programs, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans Conduct assessments such as functional analyses and other behavior/skill evaluations Observe clients and staff across clinic, school, home, and community environments Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities Lead new client intakes and develop responsive treatment recommendations Collaborate closely with families, teachers, physicians, and insurance partners Guide and support clinicians delivering one-on-one ABA services to ensure high-quality care Maintain a compassionate, ethical, and client-centered approach aligned with Potential Inc.'s mission Who You Are Committed to supporting children and adolescents with Autism through evidence-based practices A collaborative professional who thrives both independently and within a multidisciplinary team Skilled at communicating with families, staff, and community partners Organized, dependable, and capable of managing a balanced caseload M
