This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to make a deeper impact in a supportive, clinic-based environment. ✅ Position Requirements BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master’s Degree required Active Arizona state license (or ability to obtain) 🩺 Key Responsibilities This role is primarily clinic-based, offering flexibility in daily structure and a highly collaborative interdisciplinary setting. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a manageable caseload Review behavioral data and adjust individualized treatment plans with a focus on quality care Provide thoughtful clinical guidance and feedback to team members Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers Participate in team meetings and care coordination Conduct occasional school consultations or home visits (minimal — approx. 1%) Support interns and junior clinical staff as needed 🕒 Schedule Flexible scheduling options available, including: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Split schedule between clinic and remote work 💰 Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 (flexible and open to negotiation based on experience) Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid certification and licensure renewals (organization covers licensing fees) Paid Time Off and Sick Time 13 paid holidays annually Mileage reimbursement for travel Paid conference attendance Ongoing professional development opportunities Low, manageable caseloads to support work-life balance and high-quality care Relocation assistance available
