School-Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Nokesville, VA Model: Full-time | On-site School Year: 2026-2027 Position from 8/24/26-10/30/26 with possibility to extend Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. What You'll Be Doing*: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors and informinterventions. Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that align with students' IEP goals. Provide direct, evidence-based behavior analytic services to students in classroom and pull-out settings. Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behaviorsupports. Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and school staff on data collection procedures andpositive behavior strategies. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavior-related recommendations and progress updates. Offer crisis intervention
