Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Provide direct supervision, feedback, and ongoing training to RBTs Monitor treatment integrity and clinical progress through data review Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other providers Participate in team meetings and provide parent training as needed Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and insurance requirements Stay current with ABA best practices and continuing education requirements Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Eligible for licensure in Maryland Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field At least 2 years of clinical ABA experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
