Organizational work includes elementary school programs, clinics and community outreach. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for the Treasurer of the Board at Beacon Soccer. The position requires overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning and reporting, budget preparation, and ensuring proper accounting practices. The Treasurer will also collaborate with other board members on financial decision-making and compliance requirements. This role is located in St. Augustine, FL, with flexibility for partial remote work. Hybrid We prefer applicants already living in St. Augustine familiar with the area. You won't be asked to attend every event, most work is remote. However, we do ask for in-person attendance for key events, about 10 a year. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Planning Strong expertise in Finance and Budgeting Experience in Accounting principles and practices Exceptional organizational and analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance Previous experience in finance or as a treasurer is highly desirable Proficiency in financial management software is a plus
