Boat Assembly Technician

Boat Assembly Worker Location:Cadillac, MICompany:Rec Boat Holdings Position Overview Rec Boat Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Boat Assembly Worker to join our manufacturing team.This role plays a key part in building high-quality boats by installing essential hardware and components with precision and care.No prior boat-building experience is required--we will train the right candidate.Key Responsibilities Install hull hardware, including:Drain plugs Transducers Bow and stern eyes Through-hull fittings Carpeted boards Wire harnesses Cleats and other marine hardware Install gas tanks according to safety and production standards.Read and interpret production cards to ensure correct installation of all components.Accurately document parts, materials, and completed work.Work effectively in teams of 2-3 people to complete assigned tasks.Use small hand tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.Follow instructions and work with minimal supervision once trained.Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to company safety guidelines.Qualifications Ability to work with basic hand tools (training provided).Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to read and understand production documents.Capable of working collaboratively in small team environments.Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision once trained.Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.Pay:$17.00 - $18.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s):Have you ever been convicted of a felony?
