Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Boat Cleaner to join our team.We need someone who is willing to dive to clean the bottom of boats for extra pay.Most days will be cleaning or buffing with a couple days a month for diving.The ideal candidate will have experience with various cleaning, buffing, and detailing techniques.This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and quality are highly valued.The Boat Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring boats are spotless, well-maintained, and ready for customer use or display.Duties Thoroughly clean and detail boats, including washing, buffing, and polishing surfaces to restore shine and cleanliness Part time diving to clean bottom of boats Conduct exterior cleaning, including washing hulls, windows, and decks using appropriate tools and cleaning agents Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and storage spaces to ensure a safe environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and courteously Qualifications Prior experience in boat cleaning, detailing, and buffing is preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to dive to clean bottom of boats Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and pressure washers safely Experience with driving company vehicles is a plus but not required Knowledge of boat maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve standing for extended periods, or working in outdoor conditions This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills in cleaning, detailing, and customer service will be highly valued.We look forward to welcoming a motivated individual committed to maintaining the highest standards of boat cleanliness.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:Opportunities for advancement Work Location:On the road.
