Job OverviewJoin our dynamic Marina team as a Boat Detailer Boat Prepper / Detailer.ROLE Boat Preppers / Detailers are responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing boats for customer use, storage, or sale.This position is typically seasonal but can turn into year round.Our Marina is growing and there are opportunities to grow and advance with us.This position reports to the Dock Master or Shop Manager and will be working in the shop and work on a variety of different types and sizes of boats.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Wash, wax, and detail boats and personal watercraft Clean interiors, decks, and hulls Prepare boats for customer arrivals, departures, or storage Maintain detailing supplies and equipment Follow environmental and chemical safety procedures QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks Knowledge of boat cleaning products and tools is preferred Deadline and detail oriented WORK ENVIRONMENT AND SCHEDULE Outdoor, physically active work Seasonal schedule COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Hourly rate based on experience Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Work Location:In person.
