In this Hospitality & Travel role, you’ll oversee safe, efficient sailings, crew performance, and outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include scheduling and training staff, managing reservations and ticketing, and ensuring compliance with maritime and safety regulations. You’ll coordinate with facilities on vessel maintenance, track budgets and revenue, and continuously enhance tour offerings.
