Job Title: Manufacturing Data Specialist Job Description We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Manufacturing Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating manufacturing data in internal systems. You will work closely with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to ensure the integrity of product data and support continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain manufacturing data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy. Create, review, and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs). Ensure data integrity across systems, including ERP and project management tools. Collaborate with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to verify and update product data. Assist with data audits and resolve discrepancies. Generate reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word. Support continuous improvement efforts related to data processes and workflows. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience overall. Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, EPICOR. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Epicor ERP system. Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools. Work Environment The role offers a flexible schedule with options for a 4-day, 10-hour shift or a 5-day, 8-hour shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Paris, IN. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
