About the Role We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Book Fulfillment Associate to join our team.In this role, you will play a key part in preparing and shipping book orders to buyers across various destinations.This is a hands-on, physical position that requires consistency, focus, and a strong work ethic.Schedule & Pay Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM $16.00 per hour 30-minute paid break daily Set, consistent schedule -- no surprises Responsibilities Pack and prepare book orders for shipment to multiple destinations Scan books into fulfillment and inventory software accurately Grade books based on condition following established standards Package books securely into boxes for shipping Process and send out outgoing shipments in a timely manner Meet daily production goals and quotas Good attendance is a MUST to meet shipping demands for buyers What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay on task Ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment Reliable and punctual with a consistent work history Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding role.Candidates must be able to lift boxes, stand for the duration of the shift, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and care.If you are someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys a structured routine, and is ready to be a reliable part of a team -- we'd love to hear from you!
