Company OverviewGlobal Healthcare Services was established to meet the increasing demand for home health and facility-based care services.Our organization is dedicated to delivering professional care and staffing solutions for individuals of all ages, emphasizing excellence in every aspect of our service delivery.OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our finance team.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, with expertise in managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a reputable organization committed to quality care and operational excellence.Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records through diligent bookkeeping and data entry using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and other financial management tools.Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger accounting to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.Prepare journal entries, conduct account analysis, and reconcile accounts to uphold GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) standards.Support payroll processing and assist with budgeting activities to facilitate financial planning.Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation tasks regularly to verify data integrity.Assist with tax preparation by maintaining organized financial records and supporting tax experience requirements.Requirements Proven experience in corporate accounting, non-profit accounting, or governmental accounting environments.Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Quicken, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, double-entry bookkeeping, general ledger reconciliation, and journal entries.Knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures, account analysis, and account reconciliation processes.Familiarity with payroll processing, tax regulations, and financial report writing is preferred.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; proficiency in 10 key typing is a plus.Ability to interpret financial data accurately while adhering to GAAP standards.Join our team as a Bookkeeper and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations while supporting our mission of delivering exceptional care services.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
