No agencies Nitron are a global manufacturer of premium racing car, motorcycle and original factory suspension.Our Technical Center in Southern California (Murrieta) supplies and services the North American suspension market, focusing on the CA market in particular.We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Part Time Bookkeeper to join our team.FULL JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title:Part Time Bookkeeper Department:Sales Reports To:Business Development Manager FLSA Status:Exempt Location:Murrieta, CA SUMMARY Take charge and process all the accounts for Nitron's US Technical Center and report to our local CPA in Temecula ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Entering all accounts data onto the system AR / AP Bank reconciliation Run regular credit control procedures Provide regular customer statements Liaise with the UK accounts office on intra-company accounts EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:At least 3 years working in COMPANY accounts at Bookkeeper level, using Quickbooks or similar.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma is an absolute requirement.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Strong math skills Attention to detail Satisfaction in completing tasks Ability to work with basic supervision SUPERVISORY Responsibilities:none CONTACT WITH OTHERS:Internal:Senior Management Team, Management and co-workers External:Customers, suppliers, UK accounts team JUDGEMENT/REASONING ABILITY:Able to work on own but recognize and ask for assistance when needed.Ability to work with others and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands and fingers, bend, stoop and reach with hands and arms.
