Job Description:We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager who is responsible for the general bookkeeping operations.The responsibilities include AP, AR, collections, reconciling account balances, bank statements and weekly payroll.Duties and Responsibilities, but are not limited to:Full Charge bookkeepingProcess bills and paymentsReconcile monthly bank and credit card statementsAR billing, AIA Billing, collectionsExecute payroll tracking and data processingPreparing monthly sales tax for accountant.Requirements:HVAC or similar industry Office experience requiredQuickBooks experience required minimum 4 yearsProficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)This person will need to have the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced, work environment.Attention to detail is requiredStrong ability to multitaskCapacity to work well under pressureOrganized, efficient, self-motivated, proactiveMust be a team player Local candidates preferred Salary Commensurate With Experience.Pay:$34.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location:In person.
