Job OverviewSmall Business Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk job.Quickbooks experience is required to qualify for this position.We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper/payroll clerk to join our small business team.Employee will manage daily financial records, handle bookkeeping, and oversee payroll processes.This position is ideal for someone who proven expertise in QuickBooks.Responsibilities Establish, integrate, and maintain QuickBooks systems (including setup, customization, data migration, and ongoing management) to support efficient financial tracking and reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, taxes, and benefits Reconcile bank and credit card statements, resolve discrepancies, and monitor cash flow Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, payroll processing, and basic tax compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Payroll Clerk, or in a similar financial role (2years preferred) Salary negotiable, based on experience.Pay:$12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours:30.0 - 40.0 per week Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
