EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & RESPONSIBILITIES: 21 years of age or older and be able to pass a background check Prefer to have 2-5 years of experience Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (2+ Years Preferred) Strong experience with accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, data input (2+ Years Preferred) Ability to run payroll and assist with subsequent tax payments Oversee the financial data and run accounting software programs to process and maintain business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts (potentially for multiple companies) Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable law Enter key data of financial transactions in database on a daily basis Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements. Keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. Reconcile accounts in a timely manner Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas Some knowledge for the cannabis industry High school diploma or GED Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Application Question(s): Do you have experience using EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System)?
