Bookkeeping/Customer Service Representative

Local gas utility has a full-time Bookkeeping/Customer Service Representative opening.Bookkeeping and computer experience is required.This position handles day to day contact with customers taking payments and posting to their accounts and making bank deposits, opening accounts, answering telephone and questions concerning customer accounts.Duties also include opening the mail, along with contacting delinquent account holders by telephone and mail.This position works with a team to get invoices printed and mailed.There is a wide variety of duties, and is a fast pace job.Must be able to pass hiring and random mandatory drug testing.Applicant must live in the Consumers Gas Company territory.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
