Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Bottled Water Delivery Person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering bottled water products efficiently and safely to various customer locations. Your enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills will ensure a positive experience for clients while maintaining accurate delivery routes and schedules. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles along designated routes to deliver bottled water products to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Load and unload water bottles, ensuring proper handling through heavy lifting and merchandising techniques. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records to ensure seamless operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, offering product information, and upselling additional items when appropriate. Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during route driving and deliveries. Organize delivery schedules efficiently to maximize productivity and meet customer expectations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes, delivery issues, or customer feedback. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred. Strong math skills for handling pricing, invoices, and basic calculations. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a daily basis. Organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and inventory accurately. Prior experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus. Military background or experience is advantageous due to discipline and organizational skills.
