Job OverviewJoin our dynamic manufacturing team as a Bottling and Line Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the production of high-quality beverages.In this role, you will be an essential part of our packaging line, ensuring that products are bottled, labeled, and prepared for distribution efficiently and safely.Your proactive approach will help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment while supporting the overall success of our craft brewing operation.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in food manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations within a vibrant industry.Responsibilities Operate bottling and packaging machinery with precision, adhering to safety and quality standards.Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation, promptly addressing any mechanical or process issues.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols.Assist with product labeling, packaging, and palletizing to prepare finished goods for shipment.Conduct routine inspections of equipment, perform minor mechanical adjustments, and report maintenance needs.Support warehouse activities including inventory management, material handling with forklifts, and storage organization.Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the integrity of the product throughout the manufacturing process.Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or food industry environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Knowledge of sanitation procedures, HACCP standards, and CGMP regulations is highly advantageous.Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues is a plus.Experience operating forklifts or familiarity with warehouse operations enhances your candidacy.Background in brewing or craft beer production is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm for the craft beer industry is encouraged.Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to producing exceptional beverages!
