Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises while providing excellent customer service to all guests. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. Duties Monitor the entrance and exit points of the facility to ensure only authorized individuals gain access. Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist them as needed, providing information about the facility. Manage conflicts effectively, employing de-escalation techniques when required. Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest interactions, and any security-related activities. Qualifications Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required. Strong observational skills and attention to detail are important for this role. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations. Must be physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform necessary duties related to security monitoring.
