Boutique Shop Manager & Beauty Consultant

The Opportunity Sovereign Earth is looking for two independent, passionate professionals to join us for the grand opening of our new boutique. Our brand is built on "earth-driven" botanical purity and high-performance mineral pigments. We provide a luxury experience for those seeking non-toxic, artisan-crafted beauty. Key Responsibilities Independent Shop Management: Opening/closing the store, maintaining a pristine luxury aesthetic, and running day-to-day operations. Artisan Consultations: Expertly guiding customers through shade-matching and botanical skin education. Sales & Reporting: Processing transactions via Square and generating end-of-day reports. Clean Beauty Advocacy: Representing our non-toxic mission with expertise and passion. Requirements Active Maine License in Cosmetology or Esthetics (Required). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Passionate about "clean beauty" and natural ingredients. Availability for a 3-day work week, including weekends.
