Overview Join our dynamic team as a Box Blade Operator and play a vital role in maintaining and shaping our outdoor work environments. This energetic position involves operating heavy-duty box blades attached to tractors or skid steers to level, grade, and prepare land for various construction, landscaping, or agricultural projects. Responsibilities Operate box blades attached to tractors or skid steers efficiently to perform grading, leveling, and land clearing tasks Follow detailed instructions and project specifications to ensure accurate land preparation Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to maintain safety standards and operational efficiency Collaborate with team members to coordinate project timelines and ensure smooth workflow Maintain a clean work area by removing debris and ensuring equipment is stored properly after use Assist with other machinery operations such as forklifts or machining tools as needed for project support Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and reporting hazards immediately Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as box blades, forklifts, or similar equipment in manufacturing or construction environments Knowledge of prepress processes or manufacturing workflows is a plus but not required Familiarity with flexo presses, packaging machinery, or machining techniques will enhance your effectiveness in this role Ability to interpret technical instructions and follow safety guidelines diligently Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities Physical stamina to stand, lift, and operate equipment throughout the workday Join us in delivering high-quality land preparation with energy and precision!
