Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, high-energy Box Office & Coat Check Attendant to join our Front of House team.In this dual role, you will be the face of the venue--managing ticket sales, welcoming guests, and ensuring their belongings are handled with care.Whether you're solving a seating issue or efficiently managing a post-show rush at the coat check, your goal is to provide a seamless, 5-star experience for every patron.Key Responsibilities Box Office & Ticketing Process Sales:Manage walk-up ticket purchases, will-call pickups, and exchanges using our software system.Customer Service:Answer inquiries regarding show times, age restrictions, seating charts, and upcoming events.Cash Handling:Maintain an accurate cash drawer and process credit card transactions securely.Problem Solving:Assist guests with scanning issues, lost tickets, or seating discrepancies with a calm and helpful demeanor.Coat Check & Guest Services Inventory Management:Efficiently receive, tag, and organize guest items (coats, bags, umbrellas) using a numbered ticket system.Secure Storage:Ensure all items are stored safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.Rapid Retrieval:Provide quick and accurate return of items during peak exit times (post-show rush).Safety Compliance:Monitor for prohibited items and follow venue security protocols.Qualifications & Skills Experience:1years in customer service, retail, or hospitality (venue experience is a plus).Tech Savvy:Ability to quickly learn ticketing software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.The Hustle Factor:Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Trustworthiness:Proven track record of honesty in handling cash and high-value personal property.Communication:Clear, friendly, and professional verbal communication.Physical Ability:Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/hang multiple coats or bags (up to 20 lbs).This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to contribute to memorable entertainment experiences while honing their skills in hospitality, event coordination, and guest relations.Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating joyful moments for every guest!
