Overview Join our dynamic team as a Box Truck Driver and take charge of delivering goods efficiently and safely to our valued customers. This energetic role offers the opportunity to showcase your driving skills, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to smooth logistics operations. As a key player in our delivery network, you'll be responsible for transporting products using a box truck, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members alike. Duties Safely operate a box truck with manual transmission across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring items are secured properly for transit Deliver goods directly to customers’ locations, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal safety and functionality Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery receipts for accountability Assist with warehouse activities including inventory management, moving stock, and organizing shipments as needed Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly Experience Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles Familiarity with route driving, heavy lifting, and manual transmission operation Prior warehouse experience involving load & unload procedures using pallet jacks or forklifts Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally Knowledge of safety protocols related to commercial driving and cargo handling Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items regularly during loading/unloading processes Valid driver’s license appropriate for operating a box truck; CDL license is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise fuels our success!
