Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Box Truck Driver WITH TRUCK to join our dynamic delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating his own 26-inch box truck to deliver goods efficiently and on time. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate load and unload procedures, and maintaining a clean driving record. This position offers an energetic work environment where your driving skills and attention to detail will make a real difference in our daily operations. Company will pay Diesel and insurance. He only has to provide a cheaper PIP insurance for his truck. Also, the job is for delivery of furniture, he will help in this matter also. He will drive between 160 to 250 miles a day. Monday to Saturday. 6am to 2pm Duties Safely operate a 26-inch box truck for local route deliveries and pickups. Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, following designated routes and schedules. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during drop-offs and pickups. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness of the truck. Assist with warehouse activities such as moving inventory, organizing shipments, and preparing loads. Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred. Prior delivery driver experience with box trucks or similar vehicles. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks repeatedly throughout the day. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude. Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and warehouse operations.
