Job Overview Nat Rose Braid Bar is looking for a talented, reliable, and professional Braider/Natural Hair Stylist to join our growing team. We are building a welcoming beauty space that focuses on healthy hair, excellent customer service, and creating a luxury experience for every client. We are searching for someone who is passionate about braiding, natural hair care, protective styling, and helping clients feel confident and beautiful. The ideal candidate is dependable, respectful, team-oriented, clean, and motivated to grow with a modern beauty brand. Responsibilities Perform a variety of braid and protective styles including knotless braids, boho braids, feed-ins, stitch braids, twists, loc styling, and kids styles Maintain clean, neat, and professional work at all times Provide excellent customer service and create a positive client experience Educate clients on healthy hair and scalp care Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance Keep workstation sanitized and organized between clients Assist with product recommendations and retail sales when appropriate Communicate professionally with clients regarding appointments, timing, and expectations Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive salon environment Qualifications Experience with braiding and natural hair styling required Portfolio or photos of work preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation and punctuality required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professionalism and cleanliness are non-negotiable Must be respectful, drama-free, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends, preferred Florida cosmetology or specialty braiding requirements must be met if applicable What We Offer Professional and modern salon environment Opportunity to build and grow your clientele Social media exposure and marketing support Flexible scheduling opportunities Growth opportunities within a growing beauty brand Supportive team atmosphere Compensation Compensation options available based on experience and availability: Weekly Commission Pay + Tips Booth rental $200/wk Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Understands the importance of professionalism and customer experience Loves working with women, men, kids, and families Wants to grow long-term with a beauty business Is active on social media or willing to promote their work online Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Schedule Full-time Part-time Weekend availability Flexible scheduling available How to Apply Please submit Your resume or experience summary Photos/videos of your work Instagram or social media portfolio (if available) Your availability We look forward to meeting talented stylists who are ready to grow with us.
