Job Description
Branch Administrative Assistant The Branch Administrative Assistant plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of tasks related to the branch's administrative functions. The role is primarily responsible, under general supervision, for performing full administrative and reception duties in support of the branch office by providing customer service, answering calls, handling information requests, ordering supplies and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, copying, filing, faxing, mailing and scheduling meetings. Essential functions include welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, maintaining an employee directory, assisting in the preparation and delivery of mailings, managing office supplies inventory, troubleshooting basic office technology issues, assisting walk-in applicants, performing general clerical duties, maintaining a tidy office space, monitoring and reconciling invoice discrepancies, coordinating events and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in an administrative assistant role, proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office, ability to type 60-70 wpm, passion for customer service, high levels of diplomacy and confidentiality, ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, ethical behavior, and fluency in both Spanish and English.
