The Difference You Make: As a Branch Manager you oversee the performance of the branch and daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, achievement of financial goals and efficient operations. The manager is responsible for leading and coaching a team, managing sales activities, deepening customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
