The Position Our client is seeking to fill a Branch Manager role in the Holly Springs, GA market. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively leading branch sales, service, and community outreach initiatives. This role oversees branch staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, including account transactions, loan applications, new accounts, and issue resolution, all within established policies and guidelines. This opportunity has a generous salary of up to $75K plus bonus and an excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote position) Branch Manager responsibilities include: Guide, coach, and develop branch staff through effective leadership, communication, and accountability. Coordinate training and serve as a key resource for branch staff. Identify opportunities for customer growth and bank awareness within the community. Manage branch performance to achieve financial and operational goals established by the bank's strategic plan. Ensure the branch is operating efficiently and that all equipment, systems, and facilities are maintained to standard. Communicate effectively with executive management, peers, and customers
