Job Description Position Title: Mold Operator Wage: $18.50/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:54pm-11:00pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Mold Operator for a company in Germantown, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Mold Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules Load and unload parts from molds and machines Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to ensure product quality Identify and report defects, machine issues, or material concerns to the supervisor Complete required production and quality documentation accurately Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as trained Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies Assist with material handling and packaging of finished products as needed Mold Operator Requirements: Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred (training provided) Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read work instructions and follow quality standards Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 15-30 pounds as needed Frequent standing, bending, and reaching Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machines and noise IND010 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
