Job Description
Position Objective We are seeking a Brand Advisor / Brand Agent to represent and expand the brand's presence within Guatemalan communities across the United States.This role focuses on prospecting and onboarding partner businesses, driving remittance growth, promoting digital products, and strengthening brand positioning through field visits, branding actions, and participation in community events.The position includes field operations, commercial visits, and prospecting activities.Additionally, the monthly work plan will include scheduled home office days or work at an assigned fixed location, according to the approved planning.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, community outreach, or commercial advisory roles (preferably in financial services or remittances).Spanish required; basic to intermediate English preferred.Ability to work in the field and visit assigned territories.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Mobility to attend events, visit partners, and conduct field activities.Must be available to conduct scheduled in-person visits throughout the month within Riverhead, NY, and surrounding areas, as this will be the assigned territory.Benefits Work schedule:Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m.One Saturday of work per month (as scheduled).Medical insurance coverage.Paid vacation days.Mandatory paid holidays.Paid sick days.Tipo de puesto:Tiempo completo Sueldo:A partir de $24.00 la hora Beneficios:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Pregunta(s) de postulaci n:Have you lived or worked in Guatemala?
