What You'll Do Represent nonprofit organizations at live events and retail locations - Engage with the public and educate potential donors - Build strong communication and sales skills - Work directly with a team in a high-energy environment - Develop leadership skills with a clear path to management Compensation: Weekly base pay uncapped commission - Performance bonuses - Leadership advancement bonuses Typical first-year representatives earn between $3,000 - $6,000 per month depending on performance.Leadership and management roles range between $4,500 - $12,500 based on growth and team production.
