Brand Ambassador & Sales Associate (Part Time)About ReCrea8 ReCrea8 is a fast-growing whole-food ice cream brand built to push back on the over-processed food system. We make premium, high-protein ice cream using real ingredients only — no artificial additives, stabilizers, or processed sugars. Our products are already gaining traction with gyms, athletes, families, and local retailers throughout NJ and PA. We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, customer-facing team member to help us grow at farmers markets, pop-ups, and grocery store demos across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Position Overview This is a hybrid role that combines: Farmers market sales & customer engagement Product transportation & setup Grocery store demos / brand activations Event operations support You’ll primarily help run weekend markets and demos while transporting product from our manufacturing facility in Shoemakersville, PA to various NJ/PA market locations. Over time, this role can grow into leading events independently. Key Responsibilities Pick up packaged ice cream from our manufacturing facility in Shoemakersville, PA Rent and drive a refrigerated or insulated vehicle/truck to markets and activations Set up and break down tents, freezers, signage, and product displays Represent the ReCrea8 brand professionally and energetically Engage customers and tell the ReCrea8 story Conduct product sampling and demos Process payments (Square, Venmo, cash, etc.) Maintain freezer temperatures and product organization throughout the day Assist with inventory counts and event logistics Potentially manage markets independently over time Typical ScheduleFarmers Markets Mostly weekends Approx. 8 hour days Example route: Pick up product in Shoemakersville, PA Drive to Brick Township, NJ market Run booth throughout market hours Return equipment/product afterward ALSO grocery store pop-ups Grocery Store Demos / Pop-Ups 5–7 hour shifts Typically shorter driving distances Mostly NJ/PA based Compensation Hourly pay (based on experience): $20-$25 Truck rental fully covered Gas reimbursement fully covered Food/meals during long market days can be covered Opportunity for bonuses as sales and responsibilities grow Strong opportunity to grow with an emerging food brand Ideal Candidate Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented Comfortable speaking with strangers and selling products Reliable and punctual Comfortable driving longer distances Able to lift coolers/freezers/tables (40–60 lbs) Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Experience in hospitality, food service, retail, farmers markets, brand ambassador work, or events is a big plus Passion for health, wellness, food, fitness, or startups is a bonus Location Manufacturing pickup: Shoemakersville, PA Markets & demos throughout NJ and PA One primary market currently in Brick Township, NJ To Apply Please send A short introduction about yourself Relevant experience Your availability Resume Email: team@recrea8.one Subject Line: ReCrea8 Market & Brand Ambassador Application Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
