Teddy's Tavern Street Team Join the crew behind one of Broadway’s most unique bars. Teddy's Tavern is looking for outgoing, energetic people to help grow the brand, pack the bar, and create the kind of atmosphere people talk about after a night downtown. We want personalities. People who know Nashville nightlife, love hospitality, and aren’t afraid to walk into a room and create energy. What You’ll Do Promote Teddy’s Tavern on Broadway Hand out promo items, flyers, stickers, and merch Create social media content and hype around the brand Attend community events, festivals, and industry nights Assist with Teddy Loves brand promos and giveaways We’re Looking For People Who: Have strong personalities and high energy Are comfortable talking to strangers Love nightlife, hospitality, music, and events Understand social media and current trends Can work nights, weekends, and special events Are reliable and self-motivated Bonus Points If You Have serving, bartending, or promo experience Already create content on Social Media Know Lower Broadway nightlife Have experience with event marketing or brand ambassador work Pay & Perks Hourly pay + incentives/bonuses Free food & drink Growth opportunities within our growing company and affiliated brands About Teddy’s Teddy’s Tavern blends Nashville energy with a neighborhood bar feel inside one of Broadway’s most historic buildings.
