About the Role As a Brand Design Intern at Little Plains, you’ll support the creation of visual identity systems that shape how brands show up across digital and physical touchpoints. This role sits within our brand design practice, where identity is not just visual - it’s structural. You’ll work closely with designers and creative leads to develop logos, typography, and visual languages that are expressive, cohesive, and built to scale across product, marketing, and content. You won’t just be designing assets - you’ll be learning how brand systems are built, applied, and extended across real-world use. What You’ll Do Support the design of visual identities, including logos, typography, color, and core brand elements Assist in building and applying brand systems across web, product, and marketing touchpoints Contribute to layouts, presentations, and brand applications Help organize and maintain design files, systems, and documentation Collaborate with designers, strategists, and other disciplines to ensure cohesive outputs Participate in critiques, reviews, and internal workshops Explore new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted and generative design processes Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual thinking - identity work, visual systems, or type-driven design Interest in how brands are built and scaled across different contexts A futurist’s attitude towards exploring new tools in AI and beyond Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly Must have access to your own laptop for the duration of the internship Must be available from June 2026 - August 2026; 20 hours per week What We’re Looking For Someone with strong visual instincts and a growing point of view.
