About This Role As a Brand Designer at Xe, you will help bring our brand to life across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, and visual impact. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to craft engaging visuals that resonate with a global audience. This role is ideal for a designer early in their career who wants to gain broad experience across campaigns, digital platforms, and product experiences. We contribute to our community Roles & Responsibilities Develop visual concepts for campaigns, digital experiences, product interfaces, and brand communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Design, and Content to deliver cohesive and effective visual assets. Contribute to Xe's brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all customer touchpoints. Create campaign concepts, social media content, digital ads, web visuals, and email marketing templates, generating creatives at scale for the global markets we serve through creative automation. Partner with product designers to refine in-app and web UI visuals for a seamless brand experience. Produce motion design assets (animations, video content, micro-interactions) for campaigns, digital, and product touchpoints. Stay current with design trends, emerging platforms, and fintech industry developments to keep Xe's visual presence fresh and relevant. Manage multiple projects with attention to detail, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Position Requirements 3+ years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design, ideally within fintech, tech, or global consumer brands. A compelling portfolio (mandatory) showcasing strong design and motion skills across a range of mediums. Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and brand storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools (After Effects or similar required). Experience designing for digital marketing and performance marketing campaigns, social media, product visuals, and UI/UX environments. Commercial mindset with the ability to understand business goals and data, and translate them into creative strategy and execution that delivers results. Experience with incorporating AI into the creative process, from generative image and video tools to AI-assisted prototyping (e.g. Claude Code), to accelerate brand work without compromising craft and consistency. Clear communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions and creative rationale. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute to an international, fast-growing team. XE offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this (Salary Exempt or Non-exempt hourly rate) role ranges from ( $75,000USD to $90,000USD ). Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
