Job Description
Brand Management and Marketing Operations Consultant Location 5555 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90038 Onsite Monday through Friday Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM About The Role The Brand Management and Marketing team leads the development of global strategic, long-range property and marketing plans supporting key franchises within Paramount’s Global Products and Experiences Division. This team acts as the central coordination point across franchises, aligning teams, initiatives, and partners. This consultant will support day-to-day brand marketing operations, presentation development, process coordination, and licensing and retail support functions. Responsibilities Develop templates for one-sheets, go-to-market plans, and brand plans Create and maintain timelines, process documentation, and tracking materials Coordinate review and approval workflows for marketing materials Build pitch decks and presentation materials for licensee and retailer meetings Maintain brand calendars and milestone schedules Collaborate with retail and licensing teams to support sell-in efforts Create polished PowerPoint presentations using existing templates and new layouts Support ongoing operational and administrative marketing initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of experience in brand management , franchise marketing, licensing, or related marketing operations Experience within entertainment, consumer prod ucts, or licensing environments required Consumer products and licensing experience strongly preferred Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and adaptability to changing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Compensation Pay Rate: $39.54 to $52.72/hr.
