Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Brand Manager to manage the specialty contact lens portfolio within the U.S. Vision Care business. This role is responsible for setting brand strategy, ensuring strong execution, and delivering insightdriven initiatives that support revenue growth and profitability. The Brand Manager will partner crossfunctionally with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Consultation and Customer Service, Professional and Medical Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, agencies, and external vendors, contributing across the full brand lifecycle from strategy and launch planning through activation and performance optimization. Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing programs, managing daytoday brand operations, and supporting key growth activities such as demand planning, forecasting, budget management, and annual operating plan development.
