**Position Details: Client:** Entertainment/Media Job Title - Brand Marketing Coordinator Title: Brand Management & Marketing Operations Consultant Location: Los Angeles, CA 90038 (Onsite) Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pay Range: $50/hr. - $55/hr. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain presentations, sales materials, one-sheets, and marketing documents Develop templates for go-to-market plans, brand plans, and presentation materials Build operational tools and resources to support timelines, trafficking, approvals, and internal processes Coordinate review cycles and approvals for marketing and licensing materials Develop pitch decks and milestone presentation materials for licensees and retail partners Support day-to-day operations for the Brand Management department Coordinate review and approvals of marketing materials Develop pitch materials for milestone meetings with licensees and retailers Maintain brand calendars Collaborate with retail and licensing teams to support the sell-in process Required Qualifications 5+ years' experience in brand management, franchise management/marketing or licensing Strong PowerPoint skills (presentation and slide creation) Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience Industry Preference: Entertainment, Consumer Products, or Licensing (Consumer Products & Licensing experience strongly preferred) Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable)
