Manage a variety of complex litigation files including general liability, catastrophic injury, transportation, premises liability, and other civil defense matters. Work closely with carriers, businesses, and sophisticated clients. Manage files independently with strong partner mentorship and guidance. ⚖️ About You: 2+ years of Insurance Defense experience. Experience in general liability, civil litigation, bodily injury, transportation, construction defect, or related defense litigation preferred.
