In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests enjoy a delightful breakfast experience, contributing directly to our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area. Assist guests with any inquiries or requests during breakfast hours. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout the service. Set up and replenish food stations as needed. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation. Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred. RESPONSIBLE FOR; SETTING UP MAINTAINING AND TAKING DOWN BREAKFAST BAR INCLUDING CLEANING OF THE AREA. ALSO ASSISTING GUESTS WHEN NECESSARY. RECEIVING STOCK, VERIFYING ACCURACY AND STORAGE OF SAME POSITION REQUIRES SOMEONE WITH AN OUTGOING PERSONALITY AND AN HOSPITALITY ATTITUDE THIS POSITION ALSO INCLUDES CLEANING THE LOBBY AND GUEST CORRIDORS AS WELL AS STAIRWAYS NEED SOMEONE 4 DAYS A WEEK. MONDAY-SUNDAY HOURS 6:00AM-12PM WEEKENDS ARE A MUST MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective guest interaction. Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required.
