In this lively role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving delicious breakfast offerings, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, and ensuring guests have a memorable morning experience.Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will set the tone for a fantastic stay or visit, making every guest feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk in.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills and culinary flair in a dynamic environment.Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments for optimal guest convenience Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, counters, and food prep zones, adhering to food safety standards Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic meal preparation to support kitchen operations Manage guest interactions with friendly service, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, coffee, and condiments throughout the shift to ensure smooth service flow Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and assisting with general cleaning to uphold a welcoming environment Skills Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly valued Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences Knowledge of food safety practices, dietary considerations, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Basic culinary skills including knife handling, meat cutting, coffee brewing (Barista experience), and meal preparation techniques are advantageous This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating positive first impressions.Whether you're experienced in restaurant or catering environments or eager to develop your skills in food service operations, your energetic approach will make a meaningful difference.Join us in delivering outstanding breakfast experiences that guests will remember long after their morning!
