Responsibilities Prepare and replenish breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and snacks, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Set up breakfast buffet stations efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout your shift Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional guest service with a friendly attitude Maintain cleanliness of all food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Buss tables, clear dishes, and ensure the dining area remains tidy and inviting at all times Able to place orders and keep up with inventory Requirements Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks associated with meal preparation and service Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking skills, knife handling, meat cutting or culinary expertise is beneficial Familiarity with dietary accommodations or food safety standards is advantageous.
