The Breakfast Attendant plays an important role in ensuring guests start their day with excellent service, a clean dining area, and a well-stocked breakfast presentation. Job Responsibilities Breakfast Service Prepare and set up the breakfast area according to hotel standards Ensure all food and beverage items are fresh, stocked, and properly presented Monitor breakfast service throughout the shift and replenish items as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area during service Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Guest Service Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and requests Help create a positive dining experience for all guests Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Kitchen & Cleaning Duties Clean and sanitize tables, counters, serving areas, and kitchen equipment Wash dishes and utensils as needed Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of the breakfast and back-of-house areas Properly store food and supplies following hotel procedures Inventory & Team Support Notify management of low inventory or supply needs Assist with receiving and organizing breakfast deliveries Support other departments when needed to ensure guest satisfaction Follow daily checklists and operational procedures Qualifications Previous food service, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Why Join GLMG Hotels Opportunity to grow within a leading hospitality management company Positive and inclusive workplace culture Hands-on hospitality experience Work with a company that values its team members and guests Career advancement opportunities across our hotel portfolio
