Duties Prepare and assemble breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and side dishes with precision and care Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area Follow standardized recipes and menu guidelines to ensure consistency in quality and presentation Assist in meal planning by preparing ingredients and supporting menu execution for breakfast service Handle food with proper techniques, including knife skills and food handling best practices Support catering requests and special dietary needs by preparing appropriate breakfast options Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or food service environments preferred Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or culinary settings Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus Excellent knife skills and proficiency in basic cooking techniques required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in fine dining or the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory This vibrant role is perfect for individuals passionate about creating memorable breakfast experiences.
