Job SummaryAs a brewer, you'll work directly under a GABF and World Beer Cup award-winning Master Brewer with 30years in craft brewing who left a large regional brewery specifically to focus on making the best beers possible in small batches.This is a real opportunity to work alongside a highly decorated brewer and deepen your craft.In today's highly automated brewing industry, the opportunity to learn hands-on, traditional brewing technique is genuinely rare.If you care about the craft, this is where you grow.This position requires a minimum of 2 years of professional brewing experience.Candidates not meeting this minimum will not be considered.The Job This is real, manual brewing work at a human scale.A typical week looks like:Brewing (approx.1 day) Canning on a Gosling/Wild Goose 1-head canner (approx.1 day) Cellars work -- fermentation management, transfers, quality checks (approx.2 days) Cleaning and light administrative duties (daily) You'll have administrative/technical support.We brew a mix of lagers and ales.The physical demands are real:malt sack lifting and stacking half-barrel kegs come with the territory.Skills We're open to two types of candidates, both with a minimum of 2 years of professional brewing Experience:Someone with shift brewing or cellars experience ready to step into a more comprehensive role and grow significantly -- fast An experienced brewer seeking a better quality of life than their current situation provides In either case, you'll need to bring enough foundational knowledge to work independently from nearly day one.Self-direction matters here.Strong mechanical knowledge of brewing equipment and maintenance procedures Proven experience in brewing or craft beer production with a solid understanding of the brewing process Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with HACCP and CGMP regulations for food safety compliance Familiarity with manufacturing environments, including warehouse operations and packaging lines Ability to lift full kegs and malt bags Excellent understanding of food industry standards related to sanitation, safety, and quality control Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes Quality of Life -- Because It Matters Eureka Springs is one of those places that gets a hold of you.The town sits in the heart of the Ozark Mountains and punches well above its weight:World-class mountain biking, hiking, fishing, SUP and kayaking right outside your door Consistently top-rated area for motorcycle touring Thriving local music and arts scene 95% of businesses in Eureka Springs are locally owned -- no chains, no big-box monoculture LGBTQ+-friendly, welcoming, and genuinely funky A community that feels like belonging, not just a place to live People move here and don't leave.There's something to that.Pay:$16.82 - $18.43 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location:In person.
