Benefits:Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance BRICKELL MIAMI:Luxury Retailer Seeking Admin.Asst.for our Ecommerce Department.E-Commerce Auction Writer (Luxury Jewelry) Brickell-Based Role -- Ideal for Nearby Candidates Great Hours 10:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday Dover Jewelry Brickell, Miami Step into the world of rare diamonds, vintage treasures, and global collectors.Dover Jewelry, a well-established luxury jeweler based in Brickell, is seeking a highly detail-oriented E-Commerce Auction Writer & Listing Specialist to join our in-house team.This is a hands-on role at the center of our online business,where precision, speed, and strong writing directly drive sales.If you enjoy writing, organizing, and working behind the scenes of a fast-moving e-commerce operation, this is a unique opportunity to build a specialized skill set in the luxury market.What You'll Do Write compelling, accurate auction listings for fine jewelry (primarily eBay and other platforms) Create and launch online auctions from start to finish Input detailed product specifications with absolute accuracy Manage and organize high-volume listing workflows under deadlines Collaborate with our gemology and sales team to ensure accuracy and presentation Who You Are Strong writer with excellent command of English Highly organized and detail-driven Fast, efficient, and comfortable working with deadlines Self-motivated and accountable Able to manage repetitive tasks with precision and consistency Preferred (Not Required) Experience with eBay or any e-commerce platform Experience writing product descriptions or listings Background in luxury goods, fashion, or jewelry (a plus, not required) No jewelry experience? No problem.We provide full training.
