Position Overview The Shift Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the store while supporting staff, guests, and management. The ideal candidate is confident, emotionally intelligent, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time position, and weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Open and close the store Oversee daily store operations and workflow Serve as the primary point person for team members during shifts Train and support employees Assist with daily receiving of gowns and merchandise Address and resolve challenging guest and staff situations professionally Offer thoughtful solutions in difficult situations Respond promptly to store communications Assist with hiring and interviewing candidates Attend management trainings and meetings Assist brides, mothers, and guests with retail sales Report directly to the Operations Manager and President Order merchandise and items from designers Assist in preparing the President for bridal market buying appointments Qualifications Previous bridal retail experience required Previous retail management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and confidence Highly detail-oriented and organized Team player with the ability to work independently Intelligent, outgoing, and solutions-driven Emotionally intelligent and customer-focused Passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences Interest in fashion and long-term career growth within the bridal industry Familiarity with BridalLive software is a plus, but not required What We Offer Health insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement savings plan with company match Supportive and inclusive team culture Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity for long-term growth with an established company Training will be provided for the right candidate.
