Safety Record:An excellent safety record is required.Job Details & Pay CPM Constructors is immediately hiring dedicated Bridge Construction Laborers to join our team working across Southern Maine.? Schedule:Generally Monday through Friday, however nights and weekends may be required.? Pay:Starting wage is competitive, between $24 - $26 per hour, based on experience.Your Focus:Bridge Construction You will be essential to our bridge and heavy construction projects, utilizing your knowledge of construction materials, tools, and safety protocols to ensure quality and timely completion.Key Responsibilities & Skills ? Assist in the construction and repair of bridges and related structures.? Demonstrate strong knowledge of equipment, processes, and tools commonly used in the construction of bridges.? Handle and work with materials including steel, concrete, and various construction components.? Understand the safety rules and regulations involved in the work.? Comfortable and able to safely work from scaffolds, high heights, and over water.? Ability to understand and follow all instructions accurately.Why Join CPM Constructors? ?
